Peninsulas at Lake Bob Sandlin
Project: Ad Campaign
Details: "Closer Than You Think." This
is the tag line we pushed for this community in both
its physical location and in its visual message. Using
photography, we were able to capture the three-dimensional
effect of water in the ads to symbolize that The Peninsulas
at Lake Bob Sandlin are literally "Closer Than You
Think!" While "water access" is the main
selling point for this development, we concentrated heavily
on water activities in the marketing approach, but we
also captured the other activities available on this
wonderful piece of land in east Texas.
